bear update

Bear was given antibiotic, fluids, something to help with swelling/fever, and a nutrient dense food. his temp came down to 103 from 106 (normal is 101-102 for a cat), his swelling is down, and he's eating. they want him to stay for another 2-3 days to monitor his progress.

I am praying for your sweet little kitties. And....of course for you!! Am sorry that Bear has been so sick....makes me sad to think of him hurting. Thanks for the update this morning. I am happy to hear Bear's temp. is normal this morning but sad Dallas is now in the hospital too :(. I bet that is some of why she acted like she did last night--she didn't feel herself plus was lonesome for Bear. I will keep praying. I love you, Mom
