I love Chicago! It's the perfect blend of east coast / west coast. I look forward to exploring it this weekend! Sadly, my luggage probably won't get here until tomorrow...hopefully I can make do until then. If not - shopping here I come!!

Corrie, I posted one idea already for a place eat. Another came to mind - PF Changs. One recently opened in the Tri-Cities. Out of curiousity I looked it up for you in Chicago - 530 N. Wabash Avenue. We have enjoyed the one at Bellevue Square. Our first taste of this restaurant was in Chandler, Arizona. I have been to the one in Las Vegas as well. We typically sit in the bar. It is entertaining and everytime we get great service.
