Pulled out my ironing board at the hotel to get ready for the conference, and wondered to myself...with as expansive and upscale as the hotel appears, they are concerned about people taking an iron that might cost them $2 to replace?? Wow...sad!!

A New Favorite

Sunny lunches on the patio at a local Mexican restaurant; they make FRESH tortillas and guacamole, right in front of you. It's upper-70s these days. The sun feels nice on my white skin. :)

Spring Cleaning Weekend

Cranked up the iTunes, started some laundry, opened the windows - and realized I'm not ready for spring yet! I still have my Carolers out, and no gumption to put them away! So much for Spring Cleaning. I think I subscribe to the "it's 5 o'clock somewhere" Christmas decorating rule: "as long as it's snowing somewhere, you can keep Christmas decor out" - right??
